There is NO Site Purpose Source Reference to update reference account

Summary:

I want to update Reference Accounts value using Upload Customers Template CSV, but it is impossible because there is no *Site Purpose Source Reference.

I have used an SQL query, and the result is that customers created through the REST API integration yield empty results, while customers created through Upload Customer Template do show up

So I haven't got any clue to update reference account which created through REST API, please help me!
