Whenever an employee goes on a Leave of Absence (LOA) and later returns, the payroll team adds a calculation card for Reporting Information (ROE Data) and selects the appropriate reason.
When the employee is terminated, the ROE data associated with the LOA will be end-dated, and a new ROE Data will be created starting from the termination date.
The ROE covering the period from the hire date up to the return from LOA (when the employee returned from leave) has already been generated. Now, we need to generate an ROE for the period from the employee's return from leave to their termination date.
