24C- How Requisition is different from Non-Catalog to "No, Enter details" from under Redwood SSP.

Summary: When we create requisition in Redwood if not entering item, we need to select the radio button "No, Enter details" line which is expense line where we can see all line types, how it is different from Non-Catalog requisition of Classis SSP / Redwood SSP.
