Maintenance Cloud Roadmap - support for OSP in My Maintenance work

Summary:

As per 24C user guide, Outside Processing (OSP) Operations is not supported in the Technician workbench. Looked through the roadmap information those are publicly available and did not see any indication when this might be available.

24C Technician workbench has a lot of great functionalities which customer would like to adopt, but they also have a large volume of outside processing operations, which will be a barrier to the adoption. Do we know when this will be made available?
