When manager want to perform Share Performance Document, getting a textbox, want to remove

Summary:

After complete/ submit, worker evaluation by manager. Manager when want to share performance document, on the VBS (Redwood) page getting Textbox to put optional comment in textbox, below the Share and release Button, on top section of the page.

I want to hide this textbox, please tell me how to hide this textbox in VBS..
