can we define rates based on band/grade of an employee

Hello,

We have benefit plan where in rates needs to be visible to an employee only based on the band/ grade they are in.

For example : for a GMC plan , when employee is of band 1 - the rate available for them is 4lkhs, while if the employee is of band 3 - its 6lakhs, and band 4- 8lakhs.

Is there a feasibility that employee gets to see the rates based on their band ?
