Using Address (Import Object) in Import Management to update few additional address element attributes for Customer Location

For one country few records are failing saying error "You can't save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid. (HZ-120485)."

But when I try to update the address element manually with the same value as given in csv its working but not via the Import Management.
