How to add salary range differential factor to Change Salary page

edited Oct 5, 2024 7:23PM in Compensation 3 comments

Summary: On the Simulate Salary Range redwood page the Related Information section is displaying the Salary Range Differential factor being used to adjust the pay range (location based differential in our case).

It would be extremely helpful for our managers/HR to be able to see the range differential factor on the Change Salary page. This would help give a reference to what salary market the person is in. Our managers have many people across different pay markets and they must refer to a mapping spreadsheet to know which one applies for each location.
