Capturing California Meal Waiver Selection & Flow to Downstream Application

Summary:

We are trying to find the best way to provide California employees with the required Meal Waiver form and capture their section (to waive or not waive their break) in core HCM (we do not leverage Oracle Time and Attendance).

Ideally, this selection would flow to an employee's employment record to then be able to flow to a separate Time and Attendance system via SFTP.

We currently provide the form and selection option in Journey's but this does not allow the opportunity for employees to go into HCM and update their selection in the future.

Has anyone configured this selection and form in an area other than Journeys or found a way to provide this while also allowing it to be updated by the employee in the future?
