Trigger a report to automatically send to the owner once task is completed

Summary:

We have a questionnaire tasks that is assigned to the HRBPs as owners and line managers as performance. Is it possible that if the survey task is completed, a report will be triggered to take the questionnaire tasks with the answers and send automatically to the owner?
