Previous attachment after "Reopening" a task

edited Sep 19, 2024 6:52AM in Journeys 7 comments

Hi team,
I need your support to better understand the "expected behavior".
Let me better explain my trouble:
If a pending worker attached some files in the "Manual Task" and then, cause of a wrong document entered, the HR provides to reopen the task: Will the documentation previously attached be still in the task or be cancelled?

Doing a first test after reopening the task the documents previously attached were cancelled.

Any eperience to share?
Thanks in advance
Tommaso
