Profile is missing Analyze function on Ribbon when viewing Report

One of the Manager profiles is missing the Analyze section on the Home Tab in the ribbon.

Administrator Profile allows to sort, do rollups, and slice.  However the Manager profile is missing the Analyze section in the ribbon.  How can I add this ability in the ribbon for the manager profile?  See Screen Shots for reference.
