Plan Name: Flex Spendings, Options - Employee Only, Employee + Family

Now, we have a post election edit FF which would check if flex Spending option Employee only is elected only when employee has elected Employee Only option in Medical Insurance Plan. Employee should Elect Flex Spending Employee + Family option only if Employee has chosen other options in Medical Insurance plan except Employee only.
