Is it possible to segment access to benefits plans by Benefits specialist?

Actually, the customer need is the following:

They need 2 users with the same role, but each one only need to view only specific progams in the Benefits Service Center

For example:

Benefits Specialist User 1: Only view the plan “Solicitudes de trabajo social”

Not view: “Beneficios de cumpleaños”

Not view: “Seguro de colaborador”

Benefits Specialist User 2: view the plan “Beneficios de cumpleaños”

View: Not view: “Seguro de colaborador”

Not view: “Solicitudes de trabajo social”

Is there an alternative for this requirement?
