Will other channels be available in Oracle Messaging for SMS

Summary:

I have enabled Oracle Messaging and currently the only channels available are Facebook, WeChat and SMS (but only through Twilio).

It has been mentioned that other channels such as WhatsApp will be added in future releases. I was wondering if there was any timeframe for WhatsApp to be available and if there will be further options for other SMS services aside from Twilio?

I work in the UK public sector and there is a platform specifically for government called Gov.Notify. It would be extremely useful if this could be considered or if there was an option for "bring your own" SMS provider link.
