Invoice Approval Email error when clicking "Workspace Application" link
Summary:
When users get the invoice approval email and click on the "workspace application" link they receive an error.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
The error reads "System error. Please retry your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator". Most of the time, they can retry successfully. Why does the error happen and is there a way to avoid it? It doesn't appear to be security related, perhaps a timeout?
