How to load item level ratings & Comments for Performance Goals & Competencies & questionnaire resp.

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to migrate the performance documents from existing environment to a new environment. The migration involves all the ratings and comments mentioned for performance goals and competencies along with the answers to the questionnaires in the performance document.

Could you help us out in providing HDL or API or any other way to achieve the above requirement.
