Credit limit at Customer Master organization Level

We have two areas where we can add Credit Limit for Customers.

Currently we have set it up at Customer Account Level.

We even have the option to add this Credit Limit details at Customer Organization level.

Question is that what would be the impact if we change it from Customer Account Level to Customer Organization Level?
