How to get the Last working Day records in a report

Hi Friends,

We have a requirement that need to pull the Last working day records. For example if I'm running a report on Sep 7, 2016 then its pull the records of Sep 6, 2016 in the same way if I'm running the report on Sep 12, 2016 (Monday) it needs to fetch the Sep 9, 2016 (Friday Data because business timings are Monday to Friday).

How to handle this in report please help me.
