Unable to create Employee Performance Document

Question: Unable to create Employee Performance Document and Unbale fetch employee name to check eligibility from Custom HR Login

We have created a new Custom HR specialist role (HR Talent Management) and we added required privileges which are required for the role. When the user logs in with the custom role, they are not able to create Employee Performance Document and Unbale fetch employee name From Custom HR Login.

The search results do not prompt the employee's performance document in create document page and Unbale fetch employee name to check the eligibility on typing in the following pages:
