Is it possible to define a Holding Area for Performance Reviews once Manager Review is submitted.

Summary:

Hi All

We need to define a Holding area during calibration in the performance review. So it should follow as below:

• Employee Self Review
• Manager Self Review
• Holding Area during Calibration
• Completete

Has anyone ever done this in Oracle before and/or is aware of the options we have to configure this.

I guess one way it can be done is to add an approval phase where someone is required to approve prior to pushing this to complete unless amendments need to be made but not sure how great this would work.
