In Performance Management, wanted to know if it is feasible to derive the overall "Manager Rating" from "system Calculated Rating", which are available under "Overall Summary" section within a Performance Document.

Our requirement is to default the final(overall) "Manager Rating" value from the "system calculated rating" so that managers cannot overwrite (not
editable) the value and whatever value is calculated by the system rating field should be auto populated under this "Manager Rating" field. This requirement is a must to have requirement for us and we believe that the overall rating should be dependent on the individual item(objective/behavior) ratings. And eventually want to make the "Manager Rating" field non-editable(read-only).
