Performance Document RW : Functional Manager not able to access document of performance

Summary:

Redwood has been activated, since, the functional manager is not able to access to performance document for which he is a functional manager and
a participant feedback has been requested. the following message appears :
"no items to display. After performance documents are created, you can see them here."

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As functional manager,go to :My Team >Team Activity Center
In the filter select "functional manager"
on the tree dotted line, next to the name of the employee, click on "Performance"
Here message saying "no items to display. After performance documents are created, you can see them here."
