Rest API to process Escheat the payment

Summary:

Oracle has recently introduced a Escheatment process in 24B patch but that only works for Printed checks and we have some outsourced check where the processing type is electronic due to which we cannot use this feature.
We can see that in upcoming patch 24D you are introducing a Rest API for escheatment process, I would like to know that is that will this Rest API work only for Printed check or it can be used for Electronic as well.
