Reporting Incident Performance by Organization

Not sure if I've posted this question in the past however here is my conundrum.

I now have an incident performance report the way I need it however I still need to drill down one more level. I need to report by Organization... Not just one organization but the hierarchy of an organization. (See the screen shot I attached). I added a column to my Incident level drill down "on_behalf_org", this is what I need however it reports back the ORGS RightNow Org ID. I need the name of the org, not the ID Does anyone know how to change it from the org ID to the name of the org?
