How can we identify SRs assigned to a queue but not to a current member of that queue?
Summary:
We are looking to implement a notification or any validation to identify SRs that are assigned to a queue but are not currently assigned to any of the queue's active members. This situation arises when an SR remains assigned to a member of a previous team rather than being reassigned to a current member of the new queue. Is there a way to set up a notification, validation that can help identify such SRs automatically?
