Exporting knowledge in individual HTML files

Hi all,

Long-time reader, first-time contributor. Please be gentle

Our business is shortly going to be migrating away from Oracle RightNow and moving over to Salesforce. As part of this process, I am having to migrate all our contacts, incidents, custom fields and knowledge over to the new system.

Contact, incident and field migration should be fairly straight-forward, but I'm having some problems with the knowledge migration piece. I'm hoping that somebody may be able to assist!

We have around 450 FAQ's in our UK language, translated into 8 languages, so around 3500 in total. Around half of these are plain text with no HTML formatting, that I'm hoping will cause no major headaches. The other half contain HTML content of some sort (i.e. formatting, images, URL's etc.).
