Unable to Edit 'Value' in Customer Status: Can It Be Modified Directly Without Creating a New One?
Summary:
I had to make adjustments within Customer Status. I noticed that it's not possible to edit the "value," only the "description," which doesn't produce the desired result. To achieve the desired result, it's only possible to create a new "value" or, for example, delete an old one. Do you know if it's possible, with a different setting, to directly edit the "value" without having to create a new one?
Navigation: Setup and Maintenance → Customers → Manage Customers
Enter the account number and search, then click on the account number, and the customer status will appear.
