Currently we have reactive chat enabled. We are looking to enable Engagement Engine and start using Proactive Chat, but would like to make sure we have the capacity to handle the increased volume.

Are there any statistics available on the effectiveness of proactive chat offers that might show a 1%, 5% acceptance rate etc... preferably broken down by industry?
