Manager not able to access Team's Time Card

Hi,

When a manager change or employee assignment information changes after a timecard has already been created,
Manager is unable to make changes to the employee's timecard.
The new manager cannot access the existing timecard as it still shows the manager that was active when the timecard was created.

Please let me know how to overcome this?
