Operations are not listed under a maintenance work order

Summary:

Once we create a Maintenance work order, We are subjected to use My Maintenance work Redwood form to complete my work order. But we are currently unable to perform this activity as the Operation details are not showing up in the redwood form. Can anyone assist here?
