How to change the prompt in redwood UI?

We have a requirement to change the prompt text of this toggle switch in Redwood UI:
‘Publish this goal to your organization’ should be ‘Make this goal visible to your team’, as this might be used by the AVPs of the company.

Unable to do so from visual builder.
