Costing of person does not appear as an application task for a journey

Approvals in Costing of Persons is not provided by Oracle, but we have a requirement where approvals from the cost center owner is mandatory, I was thinking of creating a journey for this process, In the first task, the initiator (manager) declares that he has spoken and confirmed the cost center split for an individual worker and in the second task they would create the split costing for that individual. This is just a POC in work.

But when I was creating a task from the Checklist template, I could not find Costing of Persons or Split Costing under Application Task where Performer is Line Manager.
