Difficulties accessing a Journey task that was assigned

HR Representative has difficulties accessing a Journey/tasks assigned to her.

Concrete examples:

Journey:
Preboarding working students/ temporary staff

She has not received any information via the bell/ by e-mail about the task of the employee.

Via the search function she can not find the employee in any of the “tabs” marked below.

Only under my tasks if she does not enter anything, then she will see the task:

According to the HR Rep, the search works for her colleagues.

We have checked the AoR's but everything looks good there.
