After Redwood Performance Goal is missing feature to add attachments or supporting documents

Summary:

Before Redwood, our users were able to add supporting document or attachments to their individual goals. After Redwood, that feature is gone but available on development goals. These are not development goals but sales performance goals. Does anyone know how to add the attachment feature back into the Performance Goal template?
