EOI Rule set up for Supplemental Spouse Life

Summary:

We have requirement for Open enrollment for Supplemental spouse life that guaranteed issue should be 50000 for Open and New Hire event.

1)Lets say if employee elects 50K with Open event then No EOI is required.

2) After open enrollment if employee elects 60K for mid years event then no EOI would be required as system should consider allowed change in coverage amount as 10K.

3) After open enrollment employee elects 70k with mid year event then 70K should be suspended and 60k should be interim.

4) Also we are defaulting to waive plan in supplemental spouse life , if employee goes with waive coverage with open enrollment and then any mid year events
