Employee Acknowledgement not showing in UI

Summary:

Employee has checked box to electronically sign or acknowledge review but it is not visible in UI. Shows up when performance document is printed and in reports.

For one employee we cannot see the acknowledgement of his document.

Expected in UI (taken from another employee):

When we print the review (shown below) or check from reports we can see they have signed the document
