Can we add the Funds Override approval earlier than the PR approvers.

Please we have a showstopper currently on our system that affects our daily operations where our internal audit requires the funds overriding to be at the first stage of PR's approval before the regular approval, but system does not allow us to perform that also that is the usual as fund reservation \ override MUST be at the first point after submission as typical at any firm.
