Can't add competency in redwood performance document

Hi all,

In performance document with the responsive page (no redwood) I can add competencies (see add button)

Using Redwood I don’t have the "Add" button.

How can I proceed? Maybe I need to activate the visual builder functionality even if I see it with the old UX? I tried to see with visual builder but it seems that functionality is not managed.
Can someone help me please?
