Contacts are not able to see the request

Contacts are not able to see the request

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we added the Contact in a request, we expected that the contact will be able to see the request in My Help.
However, when we tested it, we are not able to see the request.
In agent view, we are able to see that they are still at the list of Contacts.

They are only able to see the request via My Help if they are the Primary Contact.

We would like to know:
1. Should the contact really be able to see requests that they are contacts, or not?
