How to Translate existing In Use Questions and Questionnaires
Summary:
We have some Questionnaires built into our Onboarding Journeys. We would like to update these questionnaires to add translations to 2 new languages.
We did a proof of concept on Friday, which seemed to work. When we logged in today, the translations are no longer there and we are unable to recreate it. Should we be able to create a new version of the existing Question and then create a new version of the Questionnaire which reflects the the translated versions? I am seeing mixed feedback in the other posts in Customer Connect.
