Employee is from retiree coverage then they rehired the Employee and enrolled in Active Coverage

edited Sep 25, 2024 2:41PM in Benefits

Hi Expert,

We recently rehired a retired employee, and when we enrolled her benefits in Active Coverage, we noticed that her annual Optional Plan Rates were zero, even though they were supposed to have some amount of coverage.

Here's the screenshot after we process the life event when she' already rehired.

Is it normal behavior for an employee who was rehired from retirement to enroll in active coverage?

Is this the best way to use the New Hire LE? The coverage amount is displayed when we use New Hire Le

Regards,
Catherine
