Fetch all OTBI Reports custom adhoc & scheduled

Summary:

Would it be possible to  generate a OTBI report that includes all system-generated of adhoc and recurring reports/views ?
I have tried to use OTBI Usage Real Time Subject Area , but reports need to include creation date and creator of the report.

Including the username in report duplicates the final report.
