We can see Talent Review tile in My Team

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We can see "Talent Review" tile in My Team tab for the user having only Human Resource Specialist and Employee roles.
We have not tagged any line manager role to the user but we can still see "My team" tab as well as "Talent Review" tile.

Please suggest if there is any priviledge which needs to be removed from any role. PFB image for your reference.
