Performance document LOV does not work in performance document page

Hello all,

We have created a performance document that we are unable to find when searching in Performance Document Page. Seams that there is an issue with the LOV.

We are facing the same behavior in Mass action for Performance Documents page:

But the document is visible in eligibility batch process page:

Does anyone know what the issue might be?
