Redwood: Helpdesk SR Created/assigned/Updated
Summary:
Hello Experts,
When an employee creates a service request (SR) using the HR Helpdesk, I want to send an email and an in-app notification to the employee. Additionally, once the SR is assigned to an agent and the agent responds, I want to send notifications and emails to both HR and the employee.
