Able to add an absence using the Team Activity Center but not the page under My Team > Quick Action > Show More > Absences > Add Absence.

I've applied the delivered line manager role to a supervisor, ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT, and I'm unable to see their employees under the Add Absence Redwood page under My Team > Quick Actions. Why is that? I can add an absence to a direct report under the Team Activity Center. From Quick Actions, the page looks like this, without any search results:
