Store/Save emails sent via Responsys
Asking for thoughts in the community to see how we can store/retrieve emails sent via Responsys to a customer.
Use case: emails (transactional/Promotional) sent via Responsys has to be re-rendered to be displayed to a call center agent to see what was sent. further, provide a message center feature in customer website to look at past emails received by that customer. Retention period: 24 months
