Add Custom approvers & approve requisisions from OIC

Summary:

Hi all. We have complex approval hierarchy that would be very difficult to implement in cloud using standard approval rules and will likely turn into a custom approval solution. We're thinking about having an integration that will add approvers and/or approve notifications as needed for requisitions but also other transaction types. Has anyone in this forum implemented similar functionality?

The BPM REST APIs to transfer notifications work well however we are not able to approve notifications from OIC using service accounts.
