Created new Reporting Currency, but it won't translate in TRCS

Is there a way to translate an entity currency to two different types of Reporting Currency?

We have an entity that we want to translate to for USD and Euro Reporting Currency.

I created the Euro Reporting in Dimension.

But when I tried to translate Forms to Euro Reporting, nothing is translated.

Does the FX Rates Full Year need to be filled out for the Euro Currency?

But I get an error when I try to fill it out.

So please let me know what I might be missing, thanks.
